Wellness.

Everyone talks about it, but no one knows what the heck it means. Just watch the heads go down and eyes stray next time someone uses the word wellness at your next staff meeting.

Wellness is one of those generic terms everyone thinks they should understand, and are kind of embarrassed to admit that they don't. Something about eating well and exercising, right?

Actually, physical wellness is only a small part of it. There are eight pillars of wellness.

I can hear you now, "WHAT?! Eight pillars? How is that even possible! Now I'm totally confused."

This course is designed to help you feel more comfortable with the terms and concepts of wellness; what the term means, why it’s important for you and everyone else, and an explanation of the eight pillars of wellness.

I’m also going to teach you how to leverage this information so you can feel the way you want to, every day.

You’ll learn how to tell if you're in balance or out of balance, and get lots of ideas on how to tune up the areas that need some tightening. Additionally, you'll see how all eight pillars integrate with each other giving you a new perspective on your thoughts, actions, food intake, and relationships.
